Student Ministries
We currently have two learning environments where students can grow in their faith journey: Backstage and Faith High. Backstage is designed for middle school students (grades 6-8) and Faith High is for high school students (grades 9-12).
In our Backstage ministry students spend 2-3 Sundays in a row digging deeper into a Bible story and working together to discover what God is teaching them through the story and how it connects to their everyday lives. This time may include anything from games to filming their very own movie!
Unlike the other children and student ministries, our Faith High students meet for 4-6 units per school year. Each unit is built around a particular theme or event, such as a retreat or conference. Themes might also be connected with a recent message series, allowing time for guided discussion and digging deeper into the topic with their peers. On the Sundays when Faith High is not meeting for a unit, the students remain in worship for the message.
